David Friedrich was appointed principal of Hopewell Elementary School in 2010. He came to Hopewell Valley from Robbinsville Public Schools where he served as elementary assistant principal.
Friedrich began his career in 1999 when he was appointed as a teacher in Bear Tavern Elementary School, where he had student taught. He taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades while at Bear Tavern. Friedrich stayed in Hopewell Valley until his promotion to the Robbinsville position in 2008.
Friedrich holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from The College of New Jersey and a master’s in educational administration and supervision from the University of Phoenix.
Friedrich resides in Hopewell Borough with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children.
