|SMAC Bike Tour|
The SMAC bike tour will be on Sunday, May 19th starting from the senior lot. The courses are 15, 30 and 45 miles. Donate $20. All proceeds go to the SMAC Club, helping local families affected by cancer. Registration will be in the senior parking lot from 8-9 a.m. the day of the ride.
Trivia night will take place on Monday, May 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Teams can be composed of 2 to 8 people. However, if 1-2 senior citizens are added to a team, the team size can be increased from 8 people to 9-10 people. Cash prizes will be awarded for the first, second and third place teams. The cost is $5 per person and $3 for senior citizens and registration deadline is May 17. Detailed information can be found in all of the schools' virtual backpacks.
|Class of 2014 Senior Portrait Schedule May 20-24, 2013|
Attention all Juniors (Class of 2014):
Lors Photography will be here week of May 20 during the school day to take your senior photos. All Juniors should have received a letter with your appointment date/time.
Attached is the master list of appointments that week (by last name). Please note that even on 5/21 and 5/22, when there are delayed openings due to Biology testing, the class of 2014 portrait sittings will still be running from 7:45 to 2:45 pm. The portraits will take place in rooms 116-118.

|Class of 2014 Senior Portraits|
Attention Juniors, Class of 2014 senior portraits will take place the week of May 20-24 during the school day in rooms 116-118. You should have received your portrait appointment in the mail. The list is posted on the Junior Class bulletin board and is also on the school website. Please see Mrs. Franz in the VP office if you have questions.
|ChazMaTazz at CHS to rent tuxedos for Senior Prom May 13-17|
A representative from ChazMaTazz Formalwear will be in the CHS foyer during lunch week of May 13-17 to take measurements and orders for tuxedos, vests, and ties.
Tuxedos will be delivered to the high school on May 28th and picked up at Post Prom.

If you would like to order a 2012-13 yearbook, you can complete the attached form and bring to the VP office.
Checks are to be made payable to HVCHS.
|Auto Club meets every Wednesday|
The Auto Club meets every Wednesday in the Auto Shop at 3:00 p.m. All students are welcome.
Students needing behind the wheel driver's ed lessons should pick up forms from Mrs. Kuschyk, athletic secretary.
|Fellowship of Christian Athletes meet on Thursdays|
FCA, Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet Thursday mornings in room 317. Breakfast will be provided for all who attend. Come out and join the huddle. Meetings start at 7:15 a.m.
|NHS lunch tutoring|
The National Honor Society offers free tutoring during lunch on A, B, and D days. Days A and B are in room 209. D day is in room 203. See the schedules posted outside of rooms 203 and 209.
|Recycling Club |
The Recycling Club meets on the first A and C day of every week at the beginning of the lunch period in room 102. This is a great way to make new friends, earn community service hours and help the environment. New members are always welcomed.
The Student Movement Against Cancer meets every Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. in room 317. All students and new members are always welcome.

The Robotics Club meets every Tuesday after school in the shop.
