When a student must be withdrawn from a Hopewell Valley school, the Withdrawal and Authorization to Release Pupil Records Form must be submitted to the registrar's office. The form is available at all elementary school main offices and the counseling services offices at Timberlane Middle School and Central High School. A downloadable form is available here.
