Nancy Kaczor has been the district's director of transportation since 2003. A native of Hamilton Township, she began in transportation management in 1996, as an assistant to the transportation supervisor for Ewing Township public schools. She came to Hopewell Valley two years later, working in the same capacity, and was named transportation supervisor in 2000. She became head of the department, as director, in 2003.

Ms. Kaczor leads a department of 58, including 36 drivers, 17 van attendants and a safety instructor. She also oversees the performance of 41 contracted drivers who supply the bulk of student transportation in Hopewell Valley.

A resident of Hamilton, Ms. Kaczor is a state-certified pupil transportation supervisor.
