The Hopewell Valley Regional School District Technology Plan for 2010-2013 is in the process for approval by the NJ Department of Education through the Mercer County Superintendent's Office. Officially, the plan runs from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013. We view this document as one that is dynamic and will be constantly revised over the term of this plan.
The key to making the technology plan work is to align the plan with the school district goals, mission, and learning standards. The technology plan is about the improvement of instruction and student achievement across the curriculum. It is not a stand-alone document and it becomes an important cog in the school district curriculum and staff development plan.
