HVHCS Presents The Skin of Our Teeth
Hopewell Valley Central High School presents its fall production, The Skin of Our Teeth, on Friday, November 18 and Saturday, November 19. The curtain rises at 7:30 p.m. for both performances. The Performing Arts Center at Hopewell Valley, located adjacent to HVCHS, hosts the production.
The Skin of Our Teeth, written by Thornton Wilder, won the Pulitzer Prize for drama in 1943. Wilder's most famous play, Our Town, premiered at Princeton's McCarter Theatre, and Wilder chose New Jersey as the setting for The Skin of Our Teeth.
The play's cast and crew invite area senior citizens to a final dress rehearsal on Wednesday, November 16, immediately following the Senior Citizen Luncheon.
Tickets for the Friday and Saturday performances are $5 for students and senior citizens and $10 for adults. Tickets are available for purchase at the performance.
