What is Twitter?

Twitter is a free social networking site that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers. Subscribers may choose to read tweets on the Twitter site itself or have them delivered to their phone and other wireless devices via text message.

If you don't already have one, you can sign up for a free account, then follow Hopewell Valley Regional School District on Twitter. We will use Twitter, along with other forms of school district communications, to notify subscribers of news releases, scheduled meetings, special events, emergency schedule changes and more.

You don't have to have a Twitter account to view posts. You can click on the Twitter logo below to view HVRSD on Twitter and you can see them posted on the right-side of this page.
